A visit to Sydney is not complete without a dining experience at [Cafe Kasturi]. It offers tasty, halal cuisine from Southeast Asia. We had the chance to talk to the chef, a Malay with real amazing cooking talent. The cafe is actually located at the Valentine on George Hotel in Chinatown, which we were informed is owned by an anonymous person from Sarawak, Malaysia.
