WOW, new bikes!

Thanks mummy and daddy... I guess they understand that we miss our toys back home in Brunei.. They bought me a tricycle, and my baby sister Safiya gets a small car for her to ride on. Fun, fun, fun...

Syafi's new adventure: SCHOOL!!

On 21st February 2008, my own study life starts. I am attending a nice kindergarten called St Thomas's Riverview Kindergarten. I have been accepted to attend a 2-day school, i.e. I go to school twice a week, from 9am until 2.30pm.

My grandpa (nini laki) as well as my baby sister Safiya had decided to join in the fun, sending me to school this morning. Looks like my sister is enjoying herself too!

Here are my pictures at the kindergarten. It has a great atmosphere, it is located on the riverbank (as the name clearly states) and equipped with a spacious playground area. With all my friendly teachers and great new friends, I am surely having a lot of fun... :)

Home Sweet Home in Australia

Thanks to daddy & mummy's effortless search for a place to stay, we managed to secure a house even before we boarded the plane... When we arrived at Brisbane, we didn't have to undergo the hassle of finding a hotel, we straightly entered our new home.

The townhouse that we are renting is very cosy. Located close to mummy's university as well as being close to Brisbane city, it really is Home Sweet Home for us!

New Life in Australia

On 17th February 2008, we embarked on our journey to Brisbane, Australia. Mummy is starting her postgraduate studies at the University of Queensland and we are accompanying her for the whole year!

We're both very lucky that granny (nini bini) and grandpa (nini laki) are willing to come along and help out looking after us when mummy is busy at the university.

Our life in Australia then begins...
